I hold a Commonwealth Executive Masters in Business Administration, and a Bachelor of Technology in Hospitality and Tourism Management from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and Ho Technical University respectively. Higher National Diploma in Hotel Catering and Institutional Management from Ho Technical University. I have gained over eighteen years post qualification experience as a hospitality professional in various capacities with long serving experience as a Domestic Bursar with Ghana Education Service , where I have rose through the ranks to a Principal Domestic Bursar according to the new University status.

The purpose of the kitchen is to prepare and serve nutritious meals to students and staff. It ensures that students have access to balanced, healthy food that supports their physical and mental development, concentration, and overall well-being. The college kitchen serves three meals daily (breakfast, lunch, and supper) for over 1,000 students. It is managed by a Domestic Bursar, supported by three chief cooks, three senior cooks, one cook . The kitchen follows a rotational duty roster and a well-balanced menu to ensure nutritional value.
