Am Yahesu Dickson MCIPS and hold MSc logistics and supply chain Management from KNUST, Kumasi and a member of Chartered institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS) , UK.I joined the college from Kadjebi Education Office on September 2014
Am the head of the stores unit and responsible for the efficient organization and the running of the college stores.
Am also a member of the College fixed Asset committee and tender opening committee

The College stores as a Unit is established by the public financial management,2019 and requires strict compliance to the public procurement act 2003(Act 663) and the amended Act , 2016(Act 914). The head of stores unit is appointed by the College Principal and approved by the governing council. He or She must hold the Final certificate in Charted Institute of procurement and Supply or its equivalence.
The Stores Unit exist to;
- Receive goods procured into stores by verifying receipts, invoices, waybills at the point of delivery by suppliers with the presence of the inspection team members
- Record detailed financial information on procurement made
- Issue goods procured to the various departments and units upon approval of requisition by the College Principal
- Prepare annual Stock valuation report
- Manage college assets
- Assist in the disposal of obsolete assets of the college
